Waste oil recovery and treatment unit

The waste oil recovery and treatment device is applied to the waste water tank or waste water tank to recover the upper emulsified oil layer, remove the upper emulsified floating oil layer, and then cut the bottom sewage through the automatic water cutter after the physical sedimentation of the waste water tank, and then transfer the waste oil to the plant waste oil treatment system or other recovery devices, which is conducive to the sewage from the waste water tank or waste water tank entering the sewage treatment system of the whole plant, reducing the workload of sewage treatment and reducing the harm of sewage.

Device composition

The sump oil pretreatment skid is composed of sump sump oil lifting pump station, sump oil export pump station of sump oil temporary storage tank, sump oil temporary storage tank oil-water separation and supporting instrument control device integrated skid. The interface flange of the inlet and outlet pipes shall be reserved externally to connect with the inlet and outlet pipes of the waste oil tank; Interface with plant DCS system is reserved.

Floating skimmer is set in the sewage tank, including hose, guide rod, float, skimmer suction port, connecting flange and counterweight. Float on the water level of the pool, remove the oil floating on the water surface, and the processing capacity of a single set is 0~4m ³/ h； The counterweight is made of copper on the guide rod to prevent static electricity. The height of the skimmer suction port is adjusted to ensure that the suction port is at the oil layer. The skimmer suction port is equipped with a filter screen, which has the function of coarse filtration.
