Oil loading control system refers to integrate every crane instrument and equipment into a special box, the instruments and equipment including Loading arm, Flowmeter, Oil spill electrostatic alarm controller, Pressure transmitter, Loading flow control valve, Emergency cut-off valve, Loading pump, Batch controller, etc.

It must be tested qualified including instrument and equipment installation, electrical connection, completed the system strength and gas tight test, system function test, record data test before delivered factory. After passing, the manufacturer should issue the system certification. When it comes to the user loading site, please fixed the foundation bolt, connect the process pipeline, power lines and communication lines, and then it can start into work directly after a simple debugging. Compared to assembly on site, this ways can save amount of design and construction, shorten the project duration and improving the quality of loading control system at the same time.
